- Public Relation:
- Analyzing and maximizing from existing channels to boost marketing concepts to meet marketing direction and expose the brand to maximum level.
- Using marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of the organization.
- Effectively handling crisis management through social media
- Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation as well as developing pricing and budgeting strategies
- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products, and promotions
- Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
- Business Development:
- Through the network, referring health-check, flu vaccination inquiries to the corporate team.
- Providing business insights, latest trend, and strategies of the healthcare segment to the BOD
- Formulating new product/service launch plans.
- Doing a monthly business review with the clinic director
- Develop the wellness checkup department with a target of average 400 patients per month.
- Customer Service:
- Following up with the customer services team or through all marketing channels to evaluate the patients' feedback about the companies services
- Working with Clinic Director/Medical Director or related departments to solve issues, get back with patients to improve the rating or remove the bad ratings.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience at sales/marketing, customer relation/interaction with expatriate customers (individual and corporate alike) in Vietnam/Hanoi is ideal.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media.
