ACG_2887_JOBOur client is a top-notch financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Develop and execute the enterprise-wide IT strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy and regulatory requirements.Lead the digital transformation journey, driving innovation in core banking systems, customer experience, data analytics, and automation.Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, and application development.Build and manage a high-performing IT leadership team; mentor, develop, and align talent with business goals.Partner with executive leadership (CEO, CFO, COO, CRO) to support key digital initiatives and ensure seamless technology integration.Manage vendor relationships, outsourcing contracts, and enterprise IT investments to ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.Lead IT risk management efforts, ensuring robust compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations.Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, blockchain) for potential adoption to enhance innovation and competitiveness.Monitor and report on key technology KPIs, IT budgets, and ROI of digital initiatives to the Board and senior stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
