- Build C&B Foundation: develop and standardize compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with industry standards.
- Ensure Compliance: manage HR operations related to C&B, ensuring all practices comply with local laws and regulations during the companys growth.
- Data & Reporting: create and manage C&B metrics and reports to provide clear insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and finance to align C&B implementation with overall business goals.
- Initiate and execute competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and employee benefits.
- Conduct market research & benchmark to ensure compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
- Design and administer employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
- Prepare and analyze C&B reports, metrics, and data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR leader to develop and implementnew initiatives in total rewards strategy.
- Ensure all total rewards programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Good English communication verbally & writing
- At least 4-5 years work experience in Compensation and Benefits role.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment is a plus.
- Reliable, accurate, patient, neat and tidy, self-learning attitude.
- Have a mindset of self-learning and improving.
- Good command in English communication
- Knowledge of HR management system is an advantage.
