BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:Lead the process planning and project management of high-end optical module mass production projects.Coordinate capacity expansion, process upgrades, and delivery cycle management.Coordinate and resolve major technical and resource issues within the project.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Optical, Electrical, or a related field).Experience: 7+ years of product engineering experience (optical module experience preferred).Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of optical module working principles, manufacturing processes, defect analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Problem-solving: Proven experience in resolving product issues, leading cross-functional projects, and achieving significant process improvements.Project management & soft skills: Strong project management and communication skills.Language:Excellent English communication skills for technical documentation and international collaboration.Chinese communication skill is a plus.
