- Support the sales team in handling complex B2B sales opportunities by preparing technical materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the installed base across customer sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, product management) to collect technical data required for retrofit assessments.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying retrofit opportunities within the installed base to support customer lifecycle value.
- Help create customer-facing documents such as quotations, technical proposals, and retrofit scopes.
- Ensure internal systems and sales tools are properly updated and aligned with customer project statuses.
- Participate in customer meetings as needed, primarily in a supporting role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in technical sales, industrial systems, or engineering solutions.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
