Job Description- Monitor & review product and revenue growth, including issuing sales growth & market share penetration- Calculate & analyze the profit and loss for all card products- Working closely with IT/ finance departments to develop/ improve system- Participate in product management for core products such as product delivery, customer experience and customer communication strategies- Execute customer value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status- Fundamental trials of commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.- Contribute to achievement of product financial performance, revenue performance and expense management goals.- Implement team procedures, customer problem resolution, and customer management- Enhance services providing via digital platform- Implement solution to give convenient/ good experience to customer with non-face to face process- Manage digital product communication channels (Branch, Website, App...)- Co-operate with other departments/ teams to solve issue related to product and serviceJob Requirement- Bachelor of Finance & Banking or Economic.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge about Card Product.
