- Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales/marketing and sales management.
- Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in Marketing leadership roles as well as developing and launching brands into new markets.
- Strong brand building experience and ability to work with internal and external partners across several cultures and geographies.
- Develop roadmap, strategy, and manage execution across the team to fully unlock potential with customers. Develop a deep understanding of business needs of industry advertisers, and provide insights into relevant consumer behaviour to manage execution of growth-driving initiatives.
- Create and execute business growth strategies, annual and account plans, and business processes for assigned vertical. Establish and develop C-level relationships with customers and agencies and advocate for Google solutions within third-party ecosystems.
- Build and maintain a team to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of business innovation and client success on the team. Coach, motivate, inspire, and develop a team of Industry Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional resources.
- Represent Google as a keynote speaker at industry events, developing Google’s brand and identifying prospective partners.
