This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the HR function for assigned business units, work closely with managers on all aspects of HR, and design and deploy learning solutions based on business needs. What you'll do:As a Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the HR function for five business units in Vietnam. You will be responsible for carrying out workforce planning, contributing to organisational design, defining hiring needs, facilitating annual HR campaigns, managing daily talent processes, and designing training programmes. Your role will involve constant partnership with business leaders, proposing efficient HR solutions that increase employee engagement throughout their lifecycle. Your passion for talent development will shine through as you design and implement learning solutions that respond to business growth.
  • Carry out workforce planning and efficiency reviews to ensure affordable recruitment and critical competency development in line with business growth
  • Contribute to the organisation design to suit business challenges and HR strategy
  • Define hiring needs and requirements in alignment with functional demand and country plan
  • Facilitate and lead annual HR campaigns including Goal Setting, Performance Review, Development Plan, Talent Review and Employee Engagement Survey
  • Manage daily talent processes: internal movement; promotion; off-board; exit/manage out
  • Design, deliver and administer the organisation's training programs in accordance with the L&D plan
What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner Manager role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. With at least 6-8 years of HR Management experience in foreign companies under your belt, you have developed a deep understanding of the hi-tech industry. Your university degree in Human Resources, preferably from an overseas institution, has equipped you with the necessary theoretical knowledge. You are known for your high energy level, passion for your work, and result-oriented approach. Your excellent command of English language enables you to communicate effectively with business leaders and HR teams. Your interpersonal and influencing skills are second to none, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive change.
  • University degree in Human Resources; overseas education highly preferred
  • At least 6-8 years of HR Management experience in foreign companies
  • Understanding of hi-tech industry trends, key issues and external factors that impact the industry
  • High energy level, passionate and result-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work with business leaders and HR teams
