- Manage HR functions for assigned business units
- Design and deploy learning solutions tailored to business needs
- Foster a positive work environment and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Carry out workforce planning and efficiency reviews to ensure affordable recruitment and critical competency development in line with business growth
- Contribute to the organisation design to suit business challenges and HR strategy
- Define hiring needs and requirements in alignment with functional demand and country plan
- Facilitate and lead annual HR campaigns including Goal Setting, Performance Review, Development Plan, Talent Review and Employee Engagement Survey
- Manage daily talent processes: internal movement; promotion; off-board; exit/manage out
- Design, deliver and administer the organisation's training programs in accordance with the L&D plan
- University degree in Human Resources; overseas education highly preferred
- At least 6-8 years of HR Management experience in foreign companies
- Understanding of hi-tech industry trends, key issues and external factors that impact the industry
- High energy level, passionate and result-oriented approach
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work with business leaders and HR teams
