- Enterprise Partner Acquisition: Identify and lead the pursuit of high-impact strategic partners (Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, and Category Leaders). You will own the entire sales cycle-from high-level networking to multi-layered contract negotiations.
- Commercial Package Architecture: Design and build complex commercial frameworks. This includes structuring commission tiers, co-marketing investment funds, and "Value-in-Kind" agreements that align with GrabMart's profitability and the partner's digital growth.
- C-Suite Influence: Act as the face of GrabMart to C-level stakeholders. You must be able to translate Grab's technical ecosystem into a compelling business case for traditional retail executives, demonstrating how O2O (Online-to-Offline) drives their bottom line.
- Internal Workflow Orchestration: Senior BD at GrabMart is an "internal founder" role. You will manage cross-functional workstreams (Legal, Tech/Integrations, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure that large-scale merchant on-boarding is executed without friction.
- E-commerce Incubation: You will act as a consultant to new partners, advising on SKU optimization, pricing strategies, and operational fulfillment to ensure immediate GMV impact within the GrabMart ecosystem.
- The E-commerce Veteran: 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships, specifically within E-commerce
- Proven "Whale Hunter": A track record of personally landing and managing "tier-one" national or regional retail accounts.
- Retail Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management
- Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to manage "high-friction" internal environments and influence senior leadership to prioritize your partners' needs.
- Strategic Pitching: Ability to move beyond "selling features" to "selling solutions" that address the partner's long-term digital transformation goals.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: High proficiency in P&L modeling and the ability to articulate ROI for complex, multi-million dollar deals.
- Operational Grit: You don't just sign the deal; you are comfortable "getting into the weeds" of the onboarding process to unblock technical or operational bottlenecks.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to diagnose why a partner is underperforming and prescribing actionable commercial or marketing solutions.
