Job Description :Operation for project Affiliate: * Payment operations: Verify payment and tax information (KYC), QC payment acceptance documents, prepare payment acceptance, and process partner payments.
  • Contract operations: Onboard partners, process master contracts and service/project appendices, and perform the acceptance process in accordance with the contract.
  • Support: Set up communication features (email, messaging, etc.), landing pages for campaigns, create/ban/unban Affiliate accounts, and support issue handling escalated by external teams (Legal, Risk, etc.) or related to short-term Affiliate projects.
  • BPO management: Plan and book BPO headcount monthly; process contracts and payments on a monthly basis.
  • Handle customer feedback through issue tickets from the Shopee Help Center.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the employer from time to time.
Requirements :
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience in managing payments and contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field;
  • Detail-oriented, positive attitude, be flexible and adaptable;
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats;
  • Have a 'get-it-done' entrepreneurial attitude;
  • Good command of English;
  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of how to work in finance or operations;
  • Nice to have: Direct experience in e-commerce, payment.
