- Collect, synthesize and evaluate regularly and continuously information of the market and competitors.
- Plan and conduct market research.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for assigned products.
- Implement & promote marketing, promotion, conferences and seminars to raise awareness about the company and products.
- Implement & promote activities to put products on the list with reasonable quotas, and at the same time increase the sales rate in the bid.
- Approach and engage with important customers in the area (KOLs).
- Develop and conduct training sessions on product, product strategy and skills for sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate sales periodically, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and policies.
- Relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry as Product Manager / Product Specialist / Medical Representative
- Basic knowledge of Marketing.
- Having professional knowledge in Pharmacy, marketing and business; Market & competitor research.
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, synthesize and present information.
- Bachelor's degree Pharmacist, or General Practitioner.
