EHSResponsibilities:
  • Identifying operational sustainable development actions, based on the organization's direction and industry benchmark, and in consideration of state-of-the-art standards and evolving ESG regulations; provide recommendations to inform decision making.
  • Review existing and establish new improvement plans to manage and reduce supply chain sustainability risks. Propose projects to improve current and future environmental impacts, such as, but not limited to, solar energy, lighting, greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint reductions, water and waste efficiency.
  • Sets sustainability goals with clarity of purpose and time. Monitor goals through KPIs and regular reporting.
  • Responsible for performing analysis and reviewing data with assessment of environmental matter, particularly around manufacturing operations, to identify trends and risks, to predict the short-, medium- and long-term futures.
  • Identify sustainable improvement actions, based on the organization strategic direction and industry benchmark in consideration of state-of-the-art standards and evolving ESG regulations; provide recommendations to inform decision making.
  • Establish improvement plans to manage and reduce sustainability risks and environmental impacts in supply chain.
  • Develop and implement supply chain sustainability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report progress.
  • Propose projects to improve current and future environmental impacts such as, but not limited to, solar energy, lighting, greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint reductions, water and waste efficiency.
  • Involve and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to build strong partnerships and to formulate and implementing sustainable actions.
  • Lead, manage, oversee, follow or collaborate on related projects of factories to deliver agreed outcomes (quality, time, finance).
  • Provide inputs of sustainability related projects in supply chain like yearly CSR Report and others.
  • Be the go-to person for supply chain operations sustainability enquiries.
  • Facilitate training programs to educate supply chain and factories employees on sustainable practices and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail within a fast-changing environment.
  • Hands-on and self-motivated and experience in building working relationships with people at all technical levels and in various cross-cultural settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to produce reports and other technical documents.
