It is committed to innovation, quality, and sustainable practices, serving global brands with both natural and synthetic color solutions.To take full responsibility for developing and managing revenue by achieving sales targets of the Company through customer satisfaction by coordinating and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.Work Functions:Sales planningAnalyze and evaluate operational sales, market trends, and customer requirementsResponsible for achieving sales targetsBuild and maintain good relationships with all customers, including key accountsConduct regular visits to customersGather and manage detailed market information, including:a. Trends and market conditionsb. Customer requirementsc. Market requirementsd. Pricing and competitor analysise. Business opportunitiesDrive market development initiativesIdentify and support new product developmentPrepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reportsRemain flexible to take on any tasks related to Sales & Marketing as required or as situations demandPosition Criteria:Fluent in Vietnamese and EnglishMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Food colour or related products.SAP knowledge is preferableShould have a good understanding of related products in the marketBenefits:Up to 28,000,000 mio gross/month0,5 % bonus/ revenue/ quarterlyFuel bill reimbursed
