- Lead the sourcing team to establish and develop vendor partnerships that support brand product development strategies and growth plans.
- Communicate proactively with brand stakeholders, product development, and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar that ensures timely sample execution and delivery.
- Enhance and advocate for vendor capabilities and the use of new technologies to drive innovation, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Manage vendor performance to drive brand profitability and sustain shared goals.
- Support team members in creating and executing individual development plans with regular review cycles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Finance, Logistics, and Quality to align sourcing strategy with brand direction.
- Foster and role model a culture of inclusion, candor, and trust.
- Challenge the status quo with creativity and curiosity to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote VF’s purpose and improve VF Asia Product Supply systems and processes.

- Experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

- Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of apparel, especially in the technical outdoor market.
- Proven experience in developing knitted and woven apparel and managing diverse product collections.
- Leadership experience managing multicultural teams and influencing global stakeholders.
- Coaching and developing team members with constructive feedback.
- Basic understanding of paper pattern creation and digital product creation is a plus.
