Location: Dong Nai ProvinceJob ResponsibilitiesOverall management and supervision of infrastructure construction items in the industrial park (Water supply station, rainwater pumping station, office building, factory & warehouse for rent, Waste water treatment plan, Telecommunication and BTS station, etc.).Review and examine design documents and construction drawings, and propose adjustments when necessary.Coordinate with design consultants, supervision consultants, and construction contractors to ensure project progress and quality.Monitor and control construction progress, update and report periodically to manager.Inspect and verify the volume of work performed and the contractor's payment documents.Participate in the acceptance testing of construction items, ensuring compliance with technical standards and legal regulations.Overseeing occupational safety and environmental hygiene at the construction site.Coordinate in resolving issues that arise during construction. - Store and manage project records in accordance with company regulations.Coordinate with other departments within the company to implement assigned tasks.Job RequirementsGraduated from university with a major in M&E. Preference will be given to candidates who graduated from the University of Technology, University of Technical Education, Industrial University.Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site construction work is required, with experience in Grade I and Grade II construction projects being an advantage. Candidates with experience working as a project owner or supervisory consultant are preferred.Understanding the process of managing construction investment projects, especially industrial park infrastructure projects.Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Highly responsible and proactive in their work.Proficient in using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc
