
Manager, Technical Sales (Animal Care Ingredients)

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for animal care products (feed additives, feed ingredients, animal nutritional ingredients; vaccines, excipients; active ingredients).
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, consultants.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, gather insights, and provide product training/support.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to veterinarians, farmers, animal nutritionists and distributors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in animal nutrition, health, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities or risks.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams; regional Business Development teams; Local Business Line Manager to inform product positioning and pipeline planning.
- Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Support regional or national trade shows, seminars, and promotional events as a company representative.
- Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, sales forecasts, project reports, etc using company platforms.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling ability
- Self-motivated, organized, leading oneself & leading people and result - oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Fluent in English (must-have), additional Chinese a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, field veterinary support, or product management in the animal health or animal nutrition industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
