- Direct marketing strategies, event executions, visual merchandising, and CRM
- Managed product marketing forecasting, promotional sales strategies, launch of all new products, business development initiatives – store opening, retail partnerships and e-commerce
- Proficiency in sales and P&L management is necessary
- Create media and consumer awareness through ATL and BTL
- Launch key product launches successfully with guidelines from the APAC region.
- Forecast and oversee stock levels, as well as predict and oversee POSM levels.
- Yearly budget forecast
- Coordinate monthly sales phasing and monthly purchase phasing in alignment with directives from the Country Manager.
- Responsible for store design with guideline from the APAC team
- Supervise and guide a team of daymakers.
- Responsible for monthly key salon animations
- Responsible for visual merchandising in experiential centers and salons
- Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care industries.
- Preferably from the salon industry background
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in the English language is a requirement
- Team Player with good communication skills
- Driven individual with a strong motivation to achieve.
