Mechanical Engineer Manager

• Handle and resolve production line mechanical issues and abnormalities.
• Improve existing production equipment and processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Lead the development and implementation of automation equipment, including robotic systems.

• Design and develop jigs and fixtures for new product introductions.
• Oversee non-standard automation equipment development tailored to electronics assembly.
• Manage equipment assembly, debugging, and optimization.

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams and suppliers.

• Ensure mechanical designs meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures.

• College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems and automation equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD and drawing software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to write technical documentation in English.
• Prior experience in electronics is a strong advantage.
