Job Responsibilities
・Receiving orders and tracking deliveries. ・Creating payment records, supporting accountants, and issuing invoices to customers. ・Updating and tracking customer orders. ・Carrying out necessary procedures: contract management, customer support, and supporting the sales team on project-related matters. ・Other tasks as required by the company and the direct supervisor. *When joining, you will mainly support the sales team for 2 months to let you get familiar with working.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to N3) ・Experience: - More than 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales engineer for factories, Plants, or places in the industrial park. - Have general knowledge of the following: Gas, Chemical or Machine. ・ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). ・ Willing to travel to industrial parks near Ho Chi Minh City to conduct market sales in the future. ・ Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
