- Steer and monitor approved job postings across various online channels.
- Coordinate with candidates and the hiring team for test and interview arrangements.
- Actively search for and approach potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline, under the guidance of the team.
- Timely and accurately update recruitment status and candidate data in HRS's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Undergraduate background in Human Resources, Economics, Business, or related fields
- Full-time availability (5 days a week)
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to make initial recruiting/screening calls to support the recruitment team
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment coordination
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
- Good time management skills
