- Act as the main liaison between partner groups / regional sales leaders and internal stakeholders to implement growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored engagement programs for different partner segments.
- Design and implement sales activation initiatives based on market insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Build strong partner relationships through field engagement activities such as seminars, meetings, and forums.
- Monitor regional and partner performance through analytics and reporting.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Understand partner motivations and anticipate key needs.
- Develop targeted communication strategies aligned with short-term business priorities.
- Support alignment between local execution plans and overall sales strategy.
- Facilitate meetings and initiatives to support strategy execution.
- Identify strengths, gaps, and solutions to improve performance outcomes.
- Track performance against agreed plans.
- Serve as the main contact point for business-related requests and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, partner management, sales operations, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good English proficiency (4 skills)
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
