Sourcing Executive or Supervisor

- Support sourcing projects by conducting market research, supplier scouting, and collecting data on market trends to assist in developing a sustainable supply base.
- Assist in contract management activities, including preparing documentation and supporting price negotiations with suppliers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Monitor and follow up on vendor performance regarding safety, quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Support the vendor selection and evaluation process, and participate in vendor audits and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
- Collaborate with sourcing specialists and managers to gather and analyze market data, including price trends and supplier performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Perform other sourcing-related tasks or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier coordination, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
- Experience in material sourcing for Printing, Paper Products, or the Toys & Gifts industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Good command of English/ Chinese
