This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospects, developing client relationships, and promoting advanced machine tool solutions, with a strong focus on lead generation, direct selling, and system integration partnerships. The position requires proven experience in capital equipment sales, strong industry connections, technical expertise, and the flexibility to travel and collaborate with regional and international teams.Identify business opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing industry position, and planning to meet annual sales goals.Proactively generate leads and build a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.Sell products by developing relationships with prospects, preparing quotations/proposals, and closing orders.Act as the main liaison for technical, commercial, and promotional sales support.Identify and develop system integration partners to expand business reach.Strengthen client relationships through support, guidance, and recommendations for new opportunities or improvements.Monitor industry trends and competitors to propose product improvements or new product ideas.Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and timely contact activity records.Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, workshops, and seminars, while coordinating with regional hubs and HQ.Maintain professional knowledge and contribute to team success by continuous learning, networking, and achieving assigned tasks/projects.Global leading company in machine toolsAttractive commission packageEnergetic, goal-driven team player with strong independence, persistence, and excellent communication skills.Minimum 5 years' experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment; strong industry connections (sheet metal fabrication, machine tools, precision engineering, optics & precision laser) are a plus.Proven background in MNCs, ideally within a matrix structure; able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Holds a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Applied Sciences (or equivalent professional qualification).Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, IE) with strong presentation, negotiation, prospecting, and sales planning abilities.Flexible to travel on short notice (within Asia and/or Germany HQ); fluent in written and spoken English.It is a global leader in machine tools, laser technology, and industrial electronics, specializing in solutions for sheet metal processing and smart factory automation.
