- Proven experience in sales and knowledge of spare parts in the automotive market
- Experience in distribution or channel management in parts or components
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also contributing individually
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
