ACG_2852_JOBOur client is a company specialized in textile and garments, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Responsible for coordinating daily merchandising activities including product development, cost management, and monitoring mass production processes.Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities and collaborate with vendors to enhance product offerings.Liaise with internal teams including QA/QC, Fabric, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.Represent the company in buying meetings with clients and vendors, providing input and direction.Utilize both internal platforms and vendor systems for order and process management.Apply knowledge of pricing, production schedules, and technical specifications to handle production issues with vendors and propose solutions or alternatives to customers.Track order fulfillment and ensure all quality and delivery benchmarks are met in line with KPI goals.Conduct regular on-site visits to factories and suppliers.Take on other duties as assigned by management as needed.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.At least 5 years of experience in apparel merchandising, with a minimum of 1 year specializing in flat knit products like sweaters or cardigans.Strong grasp of material sourcing, garment structure, and sampling processes.Exposure to working with international suppliers is advantageous.Solid English communication skills (spoken and written).Strong problem-solving capabilities with analytical thinking.Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.Collaborative team player with a commercial mindset.Skilled negotiator with the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.Contact: Giau NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
