- Shaping Category Future: Accountable in shaping category vision & long-term growth strategy through annual Strategic Market Plans development, Cycle Planning and Pricing Strategy; ensuring the delivery of sustainable market share growth and profit improvement that aligns with strategic business objectives of Vietnam. Require deep dive analytics skill at industry & total portfolio level to drive decision making on other commercial aspects (pricing, productivity).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Team Development and Succession Planning: Cultivate a high-performing team by providing coaching and mentorship to direct and indirect reports. Foster an environment conducive to individual growth, enabling effective succession planning.
- Innovation & Transformation Drive: Foster a culture of innovation and lead transformative initiatives in products and processes, leveraging cutting-edge strategies to gain a competitive advantage and meet evolving market demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in Brand Marketing/ Trade Marketing in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC) in senior managerial roles
- English, Vietnamese Fluent
- Ability to work and deliver results under high pressure
- Commercial acumen: Expertise in building brand strategy while embedding commercial metrics consideration.
- Combined communication skill to drive influence on the defined strategy.
- Product & brand understanding: Brand & product knowledge to effectively cascade & keep track brand performance in execution level.
- Data analytics: ability to extract, read & analyze data including Retail Audit, Brand Track & Sale data to generate insight at different level and recommend action plan from brand building perspectives.
