Responsibilities
1. Take charge of the end-to-end SME unsecured loan process:
  • a. Work with Relationship Managers (RMs) in partner banks to collect customer information,
conduct site visits, and prepare credit proposals.
  • b. Ensure processing time is within standard SLA.
  • c. Clarify feedback from the credit approval team and negotiate credit terms and conditions.
  • d. Push for disbursements, follow up with document archiving, and manage post-disbursement
conditions.
2. Work with internal teams to optimize loan processes and products.
3. Maintain good relationships with RMs in partner banks.
4. Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in Chinese
  • 1-2 years of experience with corporate loan products and processes at commercial
  • banks.
  • Understanding of financial concepts (e.g., financial statements, ratios, loan conditions, credit
risks, and mitigations).
  • Proactive, diligent, attentive to detail, and possess a mix of risk and commercial mindset.
