Responsibilities:Overall management for DC operations, in a strategic and cost-effective wayResponsible for accountable operations team’s budget & P&LDrive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clientsWork proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers’ expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs metEnsure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulationsEnd resultsNew customers onboarding and go-live smoothlyAll inbound and outbound shipments proceed as a plan with no delay and penalty or extra cost will incurContinuous improvement in operations processesCustomers satisfactionAccountabilities:Achieve KPI of operationsAchieve the operations team’s budget & P&LJob RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s DegreeProfessional Qualification/Certification:Preferably with Professional CertificationExperience:Preferable to 5 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations/Customer serviceSolid experience in managing the sizable teamKnowledgeable in B2B/B2C and e-comm business processesAnalytical and strategic thinkingStrong customer mindsetResult-orientated, good business sense, and hands-onProactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvementSound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMSGood English communication skills ( verbal & written )Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
