Purchasing Supervisor

• Assist Purchasing Manager in supplier identification, qualification, development, negotiation, signing purchase contract and supplier consolidation to optimize supply base for Vietnam local operation and related projects.

• Ensure supplier in compliance with requirements, local regulations and company policies and procedures.

• Ensure the execution of all quality requirements in qualification of suppliers, parts and processes; Work with SQE to drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance and process control;

• Set up localization plan together with Purchasing manager and follow up the plan.

• Work with purchasing manager to set up yearly cost reduction plan and performed it.

• Close work with SQE to supplier evaluation and on-site audit and qualification process

• Set up/maintain purchasing data into system.

• Support supply Chain team to release purchasing order, tracking delivery, arrange the payment to supplier.

• Continuous optimize supply base.

• Bachelor/college degree, engineering background is preferred;

• At least 3 years working experience, in sourcing field of automotive industry is preferred;

• Related commodity knowledge is preferred.

• Good English both in oral and written; Mandarin is preferred.

• Team player and good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Sensitive of Vietnam domestic market & price of raw material and parts.

• Familiar with ERP system.

Manpower
