IT ADMINISTRATORResponisibilities:- Setting up and managing the network component- Set-up of and support for PC and production workstations.- Support for Office 365/ Azure- Support for Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O (environment and users)- Supporting IT users with software and hardware issues- Management of software licences and support contracts Customisation and maintenance of specific applications- Hardware and software-related advice and support for employees in their daily work- Local procurement of IT equipment in coordination with the German headquarters- Co-operation with local IT service providersRequirements:- Several years of professional experience of end-user support- Extensive experience in the administration of Microsoft environments, preferably proven by certifications- Experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O desirable, alternatively other ERP environment- Basic experience in Microsoft / Azure necessary- Experience in system and network configuration- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, Active Directory user management and knowledge of IP telephony, (VoIP) mobile clients- Proficient written and spoken English skills are essential- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of motivation and flexibility- Ability to work as part of a team in a process-orientated manner with strong customer focus- Ability to work with virtual teams over time zones
