- Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (PVI Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).
- Assist in process tax documents
- Check and prepare HR-related documents
- Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip...)
- Support to collect and input data for monthly salary period.
- Pfile and e-file: Be responsible for filling both hard and soft copies.
- Other ad hoc tasks from supervisor
- Mainly at The Mett, Thu Duc City, HCMC
- May travel to Long Thành Plant-Đồng Nai (shuttle bus provided) and Etown 5-Tân Bình when assigned
- Under-graduate students, can join full-time internship in 6 months. Working day: Monday-Friday
- Could provide recommendation letter from university
- Majoring in Business English or Business Administration with a strong interest in Human Resources
- No working experiences required, active participation in school/social activities is a plus
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill, Presentation skills.
- Eyes for details and good organization skills.
- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality, able to work in multicultural teams.
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
- Willing to travel for the job when assigned
- Must have: submit the recommendation letter from university with:
- Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance
- 1 day of paid leave per month
