Kids Club Saigon is a family-owned early childhood center located in Tan Hung Ward, HCMC (formerly District 7). Our center provides high-quality early education and care for children aged 18 months to 6 years in a 100% English immersion environment. Since 2010, Kids Club Saigon has served a diverse community of local and expatriate children and families, representing more than 20 nationalities. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, nurturing, and vibrant learning environment that nurtures the growth and well-being of every child.THE ROLEAs a Head Teacher, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Program Director and Assistant Teachers. Your primary focus will be to plan and facilitate engaging activities that contribute to the holistic development of our students.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Curriculum & Planning: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate programs incorporating play, art, storytelling, topics, literacy, and numeracy.
  • Classroom Management: Establish clear routines and use positive guidance to maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive environment.
  • Learner Support: Work with individual children or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and meet varying needs.
  • Communication: Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
  • Leadership: Lead team meetings and coordinate responsibilities for Assistant Teachers.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Language: Clear, professional, native English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Education: University diploma in Social Sciences, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting (Minimum 2 years of teaching experience)
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of child development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks confidently.
  • Attributes: Friendly, flexible, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary: 50,000,000 VND - 65,000,000 VND (net)
