SAP Project Manager

• Joining NodeFlair's client's dynamic team to oversee SAP projects including Rollout/Implementation and AMS projects.
• Conducting evaluation and analysis activities prior to project commencement.
• Leading project management efforts, ensuring team success in meeting objectives and satisfying stakeholders.
• Aligning with the company's project and quality management processes and standards.
• Collaborating with various departments to strategize and allocate project resources.
• Negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients regarding project milestones, acceptance criteria, communication channels, and roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinating with IT teams on both ends to arrange necessary hardware infrastructure.
• Monitoring project scope in accordance with the signed contract.
• Managing emergent requests following company protocols.
• Designing plans to ensure quality project handover.
• Developing risk mitigation plans during project execution.
• Providing guidance and motivation to project team members to meet deadlines.
• Conducting regular reviews and adjustments to project plans.
• Assessing project participants' performance upon project completion.
• Sharing project achievements and lessons learned with relevant departments.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Preferred PMP certification.
• Experience managing 1 or 2 full life cycles of ERP implementation/rollout or support and development projects.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of Project Management Processes.
• Familiarity with at least one project management tool.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in resource allocation.
• Ability to inspire colleagues.
