- Assist in the coordination of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments by tracking orders, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and distribution centers.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams, carriers, and vendors to resolve logistics issues, optimize delivery routes, and prepare performance reports
- Provide assistance with the execution of best practice Customer Support and Distribution projects and gather data to support assumptions to move projects forward.
- Assist in processing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, portal) to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Support the customer service team in coordinating with sales, logistics, and technical teams to address product availability, delivery schedules, pricing queries, and order modifications.
- Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
- Support the implementation of safety programs by maintaining HSE documentation, tracking safety metrics, and preparing reports on incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with site teams to promote safety awareness through training sessions, safety campaigns, and the development of HSE communication materials.
- 3rd or 4th year university student in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field
- Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for a 3-month internship
- Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
- Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Fluent in English (working language)
