Factory Director

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Management, or Manufacturing Management

• High school or vocational degree acceptable with 10+ years of screw or hardware manufacturing management experience

• Minimum 8-10 years in screw, nut, or hardware manufacturing

• Familiar with cold heading, threading, heat treatment, and surface treatment processes Management

• 1.Minimum 5 years in senior factory management (Factory Director, Deputy

• Director, or Manufacturing Manager)

• Managed 100+ employees

• Proficient in production planning, capacity analysis, utilization rate control, and process improvement

• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems

• 1.Experience in cost control and yield improvement

• 2.Able to set and track KPIs (output efficiency, yield rate, on-time delivery rate)

• Vietnamese: Native proficiency (spoken and written)

• Chinese or English Sufficient for communication with Taiwanese/overseas headquarters (English preferred)

• Leadership: Able to build team culture and promote cross-department collaboration

• Pressure Management & Execution: Capable of making sound decisions in a high-pressure production environment

• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle production issues and crisis management promptly

• Integrity & Responsibility: Committed to company rules and confidentiality requirements

• Cultural Coordination: Able to work well with both Taiwanese managers and local employees

• Experience in managing foreign-owned or Taiwanese-invested factories

• Participation in new plant setup, production line implementation, or capacity expansion projects

• Familiarity with ERP / MES production management systems

• Experience in energy-saving, carbon reduction, or ESG projects
