About the Department:The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business by coordinating all communication to deliver the value of the company’s products and corporate stance. Especially, Digital marketing teams work to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, foster customer engagement, and drive conversions through various digital marketing strategies across the channels. This team is also responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and execute optimum strategies across all acquisition & engagement channels to boost the growth of business in the digital arena.Responsibilities:Be responsible for achieving targets of UNIQLO E-Commerce (Sales, Session, CVR) and UNIQLO APP Membership (number of members, active user ratio) by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.Strategic planning and execution - Plan and manage customer acquisition & engagement campaigns to maximize the effectiveness of performance marketing across various Paid channels including APP, SEM, Display Network, Affiliate, O2O, etc. to drive revenue and increase ROI.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess results against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.Master usages of different tracking platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Appflyer or anything relevant.Manage communication with multiple agencies and cross functional departments to enhance the performance of E-Commerce marketing channels.Identify market trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on the insights.Plan and coordinate to prepare the contents and creatives together with related team members for maximizing ads performance & bringing best possible return from digital advertisementQualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Marketing or related fields.
  • More than 5 year experience in digital marketing fields, E-Commerce, &/or digital marketing agency; especially experience in planning/optimize for Ecommerce performance marketing.
  • Experience in retail or FMCG, especially fashion retail is preferred.
  • English: Business level (both written & verbal)
  • Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
  • Strong leadership and ownership to manage each responsible channel independently while collaborating with all stakeholders to realize committed goals.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines.
  • Good analytical skills to draw insights from data and reflect them to actions.
  • Good MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Enjoy being hands-on and aspire to be a natural business partner
  • Basic SQL or knowledge of using Report/Data Addons will be a plus.
