- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all ingredient products and applications in bakery, while honing essential sales skills.
- Build a diverse product portfolio tailored to key customers and market demands, continuously seeking out new suppliers to fill any gaps.
- Discover and cultivate new customer prospects by addressing their needs with ABM products and services.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers, offering both commercial and technical support, and advocating for ABMV products.
- Identify and maintain records of key customers and prospects.
- Plan customer visits and itinerary, providing weekly reports to the Business Development Manager including market insights, competitive analysis, and sales performance.
- Address all customer concerns regarding products, delivery, documentation, and testing reports promptly.
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in food ingredients, preferably in sweet
- Able to travel domestically to visit customers
- Able to travel overseas occasionally to attend trade shows, training and potential customer visits
- Must be an energetic team player
- Ability to persevere and get the sales
