This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical knowledge to oversee the IT operations and drive efficiency across various technology functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, including frontend, backend, and QA professionals.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee software development processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between development, QA, and IT operations.
- Implement best practices for system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive digital transformation.
- 10+ years of experience in IT/software development.
- Strong expertise in frontend, backend, and quality assurance.
- Proven track record in IT leadership and people management.
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
