Job Description :1. Problem Analysis & Solution Design● Analyze operational performance to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.● Develop data-driven insights, scenarios, and proxy calculations to support decision-making.● Propose practical and scalable operational improvement levers.2. Project Management & Execution● Lead or support end-to-end improvement projects from design to implementation.● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery.● Track project progress, risks, and key milestones.3. Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Alignment● Monitor post-implementation performance and validate actual impact versus projection.● Communicate analysis, recommendations, and progress clearly to stakeholders.● Act as a problem-solving partner for regional operations teams.Requirements :● Min 5 years experience in operations solution, operation excellences, network design, preferably in logistics supply chain and e-commerce● Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.● Strong understanding of logistics operations● Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.● Effective communication: clear the messages to be sent out and clear what we want to receive from stakeholders;● Excellent analytical & technique, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities● Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation;● Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset;● Take ownership, possess “go an extra mile” in each task, result driven mindset● English proficiency is a must.
