The role is responsible for financial management and business performance analysis, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, cash flow optimization, and profitability. This position also serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership in decision-making.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & ManagementDevelop, manage, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, aligned with the company’s long-term strategyAnalyze business performance and provide insights to leadership, including revenue, P&L, ROI, EBITDA, and EBITDevelop and oversee company cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and timely paymentsPropose and advise on financial strategies to support business growth2. AccountingEstablish and maintain accounting systems, policies, and cost management principles in compliance with accounting standardsEnsure full compliance with accounting laws, tax regulations, and internal policiesAct as the key liaison with government authorities and relevant stakeholders3. TaxDevelop tax planning strategies to optimize tax expenses while ensuring full legal complianceServe as the main point of contact with tax authoritiesPrepare and deliver periodic reports to senior managementRequirements1. General RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting management, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership roleStrong preference for candidates with experience in retail, especially in luxury or premium segments (fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, perfumes)Proficiency in accounting softwareIn-depth knowledge of tax regulations, financial laws, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)2.
