Were hiring a Data Platform Lead to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. Make your mark on some of the most impactful cloud projects in the region.Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build modern cloud-native data platforms, including Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and Data Warehouses.
Develop robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using modern frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Glue, DBT).
Manage real-time data ingestion and streaming solutions with technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Apache Beam.
Collaborate seamlessly with DevOps and cloud architects to deploy scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Guide and mentor a growing team of data engineers, shaping project outcomes and fostering team growth.
Write clean, efficient code using SQL and Python, and maintain/tune data solutions for peak performance.
Contribute strategically to project scoping, design reviews, and critical data decisions alongside our CTO and CEO.
Stay ahead of technology trends and recommend innovative approaches for data strategy and architecture.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud data architecture, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure also welcome).
Proficiency in SQL and Python, demonstrating strong coding discipline.
Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Dagster, or Luigi.
Knowledge of modern data integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte, Talend, AWS Glue).
Experience with query engines and processing tools like Presto, Flink, PySpark, or DBT.
Understanding of modern databases and real-time data systems (e.g., Redshift, MongoDB, Kafka, PostgreSQL).
Nice-to-Have: Exposure to Big Data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Hadoop, and AWS Data Analytics or related cloud certifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
