- Safeguard and enhance brand identity and positioning in accordance with corporate standards.
- Maintain consistent interpretation of global brand objectives and strategies.
- Represent the brand professionally in interactions with staff, customers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the proper implementation of brand identity tools, including merchandising guidelines, media positioning, catalog advertising, product assortment, sales staffing, and store/site selection.
- Collaborate with affiliate PR and Advertising for clear understanding and periodic re-evaluation of campaigns.
- Facilitate ongoing brand training for regions.
- Establish and nurture cooperative relationships with business partners and key customers.
- Negotiate annual sales targets with distribution partners.
- Seek guidance from Country Manager and Regional VPs for counter/store site selection negotiations.
- Achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals in assigned markets.
- Collaborate with regional Brand VPs and affiliate Country Manager to set challenging yet attainable goals.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Make decisions on product selection, assortment, pricing, promotions, and creative concepts.
- Work on fiscal plans and efficient budgets in collaboration with Finance Manager and Regional Brand VP.
- Ensure strong execution of marketing plans, major launches, and brand advertising.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and implement technologies for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborate with Regional Brand VP to explore cooperative initiatives across regions and brands.
- Evaluate competitive challenges, monitor market trends, and conduct P&L analysis by door.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing growth and profit.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and management to brand staff.
- Articulate a compelling mission and establish high workplace operating standards.
- Set performance objectives, communicate priorities, and offer coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with Human Resource Manager for appropriate staffing and performance management.
- Foster open communication, teamwork, and the development of high-potential staff.
