- Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Spa, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Greet VIP guests and manage airport arrivals and departures.
- Support Reception with check-in/check-out procedures when needed.
- Monitor bell and driver service in collaboration with the Receptionist.
- Conduct daily room inspections and ensure VIP rooms and amenities are properly arranged.
- Update guest profiles (including email) in the Smile System and record monthly guest feedback.
- Share daily updates on VIPs and return guests, and weekly updates on VIPs, groups with department heads.
- Stay informed about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services.
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and special occasions with care and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold grooming standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and HACCP policies.
- Attend mandatory training and uphold operational standards.
- Significant experience in a customer-service position, 1-3 year experience on the same position.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or similar customer service role in hospitality.
- Fluent in Chinese and Basic English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Well-groomed, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with property management systems (Smile system knowledge preferred).
