Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Country R&D Lead in ensuring the on-time and in-full delivery of the overall R&D program, covering innovation, product superiority, cost savings & simplification, sourcing & resilience, and sustainability initiatives.As Technical Project Leader, lead the technical workstream for projects in close partnership with Business Unit Marketing and Supply Chain teams, ensuring key network milestones are clearly defined and successfully delivered.Lead product mix development for Horizon 1 projects within the assigned market and drive deployment for Horizon 2+ projects within scope.Coordinate R&D deliverables for innovation projects across all functional workstreams (CTI, Processing, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs), ensuring all milestones remain on track.Coach functional workstream leads and proactively address risks or issues that could impact project implementation.Act as R&D Formulation Workstream Lead when required, supporting the broader R&D team with formulation activities based on available capacity and capabilities.Develop strong market understanding and leverage consumer and market insights to enable robust product lock for innovation projects.Ensure innovation products comply with internal standards and local regulatory requirements, partnering with relevant functional teams to develop comprehensive risk management plans with clear mitigation actions.Lead R&D input for projects at decision-gate stages, engaging and aligning with key stakeholders prior to governance reviews.Partner with the CTI lead to identify, develop, and validate robust and compliant product claims and supporting documentation.Lead the development and delivery of product activation assets for a wide range of audiences (consumers, customers, influencers, authorities, and experts), collaborating closely with the Activation Lead to maximize impact and contribute to post-launch evaluations.Actively share success stories, best practices, and key learnings to support continuous improvement.Requirements for SuccessExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Science, Technology, or a related discipline.Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking), with confidence and passion for communicating product science and technology in an engaging manner.Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.Preferably with R&D experience in Southeast Asian markets.Broad R&D exposure across multiple functions, including formulation, processing, CTI, and packaging, is highly desirable.Proven track record of leading projects and cross-functional teams as a Technical Project Leader, delivering results with speed and consistently high standards.Demonstrated experience working closely with commercial and business teams.
