- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives
- Lead the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Oversee the development of compelling content for various marketing materials, including website, social media, and promotional collateral
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and local businesses
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches where appropriate
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are culturally sensitive and resonate with both local and international audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong command of brand communication tools and platforms
- Excellent skills in media relations, press release writing, event planning, and content creation
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media management and email marketing
- Experience in managing the design and production of marketing collaterals
- Familiarity with basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and marketing metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese would be advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse, international environment
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry would be beneficial
- Willingness to embrace the local culture and contribute to the community in Phu Quoc
