In light of the global manufacturing business's initiative to establish its first factory in Vietnam, the organization is actively seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Controller to play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, implementing robust financial controls, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth.Responsibilities

In charge of finance and accounting and report to the Group CFO.
Be responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecast, cost control, quotation and budgeting in Vietnam.
Be responsible for the well being of the Group in terms of prudence and efficiency in the areas of financial management, legal structure, tax planning, banking, customs and company secretarial matters etc.
Monitor performance of operating units, highlight and investigate significant issues; makes recommendations and implement corrective measures
Review and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operating units financial and operational policies and procedures
Be responsible in establishing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures for the department
Participate in establishing strategic direction for the Company, like planning, expansion of the Company as well as ad hoc projects

Degree / Master Holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline, possess professional accounting qualifications: CPA or equivalent will be an advantage.
Minimum 8 years working experience in finance and commerce, in which at least 7 years at senior management level; Exposure to manufacturing industry is a must.
Exposure and involve in new plant setup and ramp-up status.
Familiar with Vietnam accounting standards and taxation regulations.
Proficient in English and Mandarin are the must, Cantonese is preferable.
Timely response with accuracy is a must.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills.
Good insight, analytically, attentive to details, take own initiative, a team player and effective team leader, able to function independently and under pressure.
