- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand partnerships with healthcare providers and medical institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
