They are looking for Native Korean to incharge.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support Sales and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and strong outcomes.Drive sales expansion across individual, group, agency, corporate, and online channels.Oversee pricing, partnership development, and profitability initiatives.Shape and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional platforms.Monitor campaign performance, brand consistency, and customer engagement.Coordinate with internal teams on promotions, events, and visitor-focused initiatives.Analyze market trends and business data to refine commercial strategies.Manage budgets, track financial performance, and report to senior leaders.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of Sales & Marketing experience with leadership exposure.
- Prior work experience in Vietnam required.
- Strong digital marketing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and lead teams effectively.
- English or Vietnamese fluency; Korean language is a plus.
