Mô tả công việcSenior Account Manager / Business Development (B2B SaaS / AI)After nearly a decade of building alongside Vietnamese enterprises, Base.vn has become one of the leading B2B SaaS platforms in the market, serving more than 11,000 companies across various industries.Yet, this number represents only a fraction of the opportunity ahead.With over 800,000 businesses operating in Vietnam, many still navigating growth with fragmented systems and manual processes, the real challenge is not just technology adoption but transformation: how organizations rethink the way they operate, manage, and scale.At Base.vn, we are not simply providing software.We are building the infrastructure for modern business operations.And to do that, we are looking for individuals who are capable of opening doors: not just to new clients, but to new ways of thinking about management, productivity, and organizational growth.Role DescriptionThis role sits at the intersection of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, and Strategic Account Management.You will be responsible for both creating new business opportunities (70%) and growing strategic key accounts (30%), working with mid-to-large enterprises across industries.Rather than relying on inbound leads, you will actively build and convert opportunities through warm outbound channels, including partnerships, affiliate networks, industry connections, and curated networking events.At the same time, you will manage and expand relationships with selected key clients developing a deep understanding of their operational challenges and advising on how Base.vn’s platform can support their long-term transformation.This is a role for individuals who are comfortable operating in complex B2B environments, where each deal requires time, trust, and a deep understanding of how businesses function internally.Key Responsibilities1. Drive New Business Growth (70%)
  • Activate and manage affiliate and partnership channels to generate qualified opportunities
  • Leverage existing networks (associations, partners, client referrals) to initiate warm outbound conversations
  • Design and host targeted networking formats (roundtables, coffee talks, small-scale events) to engage decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects
2. Manage and Grow Key Accounts (30%)
  • Develop long-term relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the Base.vn ecosystem
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders (CEOs, HR Directors, COOs) on operational and management challenges
3. Lead Complex B2B Sales Cycles
  • Understand client needs at both operational and strategic levels
  • Present and position SaaS and AI solutions tailored to each organization
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales and Product teams to design effective solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery
Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities independently (beyond inbound leads)
  • Experience working with partnership, affiliate, or referral channels is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Experience organizing or facilitating client-facing events or networking activities is a plus
  • Solid understanding of enterprise operations and business dynamics
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with patience and persistence
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
Preferred Backgrounds:
  • SaaS, fintech, or B2B service companies
  • Agency or OOH backgrounds with strong hunting and partnership experience
  • Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise clients
