This role will support the growth of TikTok Shop's Small and Medium Business (SMB) ecosystem by ensuring smooth daily operations, tracking business performance, and assisting project owners in executing strategic initiatives.Responsibilities
1. Merchant Ecosystem Management
- Assist in monitoring seller acquisition performance across multiple channels.
- Identify high-potential acquisition channels and support optimization efforts to increase efficiency.
- Track and update daily seller acquisition reports, ensuring data accuracy for internal review.2. Seller Growth & Incubation
- Assist in the incubation of sellers by providing timely operational support
- Help maintain the seller growth pipeline to ensure smooth execution of incubation programs3. Data/Performance Tracking
- Assist in tracking merchant supply data
- Identify off-track or abnormal trends in supply and escalate to project owners for corrective actions.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university students who can work full-time 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months
- Analytical skills: Ability to work with data, generate insights, and present findings clearly
- Structured and logical thinking: Capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Communication & teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with different teams.Preferred Qualifications
- Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, eager to learn and take on challenges.
